THE OPPORTUNITY We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for a Service Delivery Team Lead in our Brisbane, QLD customer site based in Brisbane CBD. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery in alignment with contractual obligations, while managing on-site service personnel and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Please note this is a 100% onsite role based at our customer site in Brisbane CBD. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a positive customer experience by acting as a trusted advisor, completing all tasks to a high standard, and recommending efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions that meet customers design, communication, print, and distribution needswhile actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee the day-to-day management of various service offerings, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved in line with contractual obligations. Effectively manage changes in priorities, schedules, and customer requirements, ensuring timely communication with all relevant stakeholders. Coordinate staffing resources, with a focus on aligning resourcing levels to workload demands to optimise operational efficiency. Drive employee performance and engagement, while supporting and delivering ongoing process improvement initiatives. Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of capability building and continuous learning. Collaborate with team leaders across multiple sites, ensuring alignment and consistency in service delivery and operational standards. Skills & Qualifications: Proven ability to lead teams toward achieving measurable outcomes, with a focus on performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Extensive experience in a service delivery environment, consistently delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Background in Document Services, including expertise in areas such as mailroom operations, print services, and records management will be highly desirable Strong communication and negotiation skills, complemented by advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
