We offer ongoing support from your team leader and a buddy system to set you up for success.You will build up to managing your own portfolio of clients with their return-to-work plan by:Managing a portfolio of return-to-work filesCompleting one-off assessments and making recommendationsAttending medical appointments and communicating complex medical information back to insurer customersInitial assessments, workplace assessments, ADL assessmentsWriting insurance reportsCommunicating with injured worker, employer, Doctor and other medical professionals to ensure appropriate interventionFacilitating a safe and timely graduated return to work planDocumenting case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirementsAbout YouTertiary qualified in occupational therapy, exercise physiologyor PhysiotherapyFull registration with AHPRA/ESSACar and valid Drivers licensePolice check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencementExceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work autonomously and within a team environmentPinnacle Rehab is an equal opportunity employer that encourages applications from suitably qualified candidates from all cultures, ages, religions, and genders.
