You will start off with a 5-week induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor, and Regional Manager.Service HoursBefore School Care: 7:00am to 9:00amAfter School Care: 2:15pm to 6:00pmBuild a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local communityEnjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every dayFoster GENUINE relationships with children and their familiesManage and roster your team of passionate educatorsManage service compliance and medical documentationBe the glue that connects TeamKids with your school communityThe Successful CandidateYou thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you are still a big kid at heartExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident interpersonal skills, no matter if youre talking with a child, their parent, one of your team or the school PrincipalStrong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitudeYou are a natural leader with an eye for detailHave a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged childrenYou are energetic, and enthusiastic and love to have FUN!Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification This includes Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children''s Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work.and more.
