You will lead the development of segment specific insights reporting and strategic recommendations to drive improved customer experience product performance and business growth. You will work cross functionally with data marketing digital distribution and other product teams to deliver outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDrive development of the customer segmentation strategy ensuring it supports the banks growth objectives and aligns with customer needs.Understand the voice of the customer be across and preempt impact of macro micro and product landscapes.Identify opportunities to improve our propositions supported by a deep understanding of our products and customers.
