Would you like to play a critical role in our Collins Street Vacheron Constantin boutique?HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for the development and optimization of the boutique operations by leading and motivating the boutique team to drive sales performance and ensure outstanding client service while maximizing the sales and profit potential of the boutique.Be One Of Not ManyHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Boutique Performance & Sales AchievementGuiding and Managing Boutique Team to achieve sales results, monitor KPIs, and maximize profits of the Boutique in accordance with the boutique strategyAssist the Boutique Manager in coaching, training and developing staff effectively to their job role in order to meet the Maisons standards and requirements.Communicate Company & Brand policies and Management instructions to staff in the most objective and effective mannerDevelop local clientele for Vacheron Constantin MelbourneBoutiqueDevelop partnerships with third parties (hotels, tour leaders, business introducers, mall managers) with clear goals and guidelinesHaving a deep understanding of Vacheron Constantin clients profiles (Locals and tourists)Customer Service / Customer Relation ManagementMaintain consistent, uncompromising high standards of customer service and Customer Relation ManagementActs as an Ambassador of the Maison, builds direct contact with VICs, continues to grow the CRM database, and ensures a high retention rateWelcome & handle the clients in the respect of the Maisons standards (In the boutique, on the phone or by mail or during events)Team Management & People DevelopmentCoach, train, motivate and lead by example with a high degree of professionalismDrives performance through motivation and team engagementExperience You are motivated by the luxury sector in a similar position with managerial and team leadership experience in sales and customers service.
