This transformation has led for the need to source an aspiring commercial real estate professional to be based in Hong Kong.Key Areas of Responsibilities:To manage regional corporate occupier accounts including transactions (office/industrial acquisitions/disposals), the development and implementation of strategy, procedures and reporting, controls and communications as well as templates and standards.Proactively manage local in-country brokers across APAC to ensure high quality service delivery with respect to all transactional activity. Identifies ways to add value to a transaction both for the client and the broker.To be responsible for negotiation with clients, local office brokers, landlords, lawyers, contractors, consultants, government bodies etc. The ability to forge strong relationships internally and externally is criticalSupports senior colleagues with Business Development initiatives including responding to RFPs, pitching and proactively identifying any potential opportunities within a clients portfolio or on one-off transactions.Able to identify and capture any risks and exceptions during transactions or on an account basis and subsequently to manage and offer potential solutions.Manage the delivery of real estate services to clients with focus on effective management of real estate functions, contracts and negotiations, and all transaction services requiredTrack and monitor the day-to-day transaction work and workload of team membersCoordinate with account leadership to ensure tracking and reporting of client(s) deliverablesProvide suggestions and best practices for process and technical improvements relating to the transaction processWork closely with internal parties such as Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teamsQualificationsUniversity graduate (preferably related to Real Estate)High standard of English additional languages are advantageousAt least 2 years experience in client facing roles.
