This is a permanent, full-time position. We are a not-for-profit organisation that believes everyone deserves to live with dignity and respect.Headquartered in Tasmania, our organisation is growing rapidly, with aged care homes, retirement villages, home care services, and thousands of residents and staff acrossmost states in Australia.About the role:As the Social Care Coordinator, youll oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilitys social care program.
