About the roleJoin JSM Embroidery , Workwear and Safety as a Sales Assistant and be a key part of our driven and ambitious sales team. In this full-time role(AFTER SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING TRAINING) based in Sale, VIC, you will be responsible for our customer service and help drive sales of our high-quality workwear, safety products and school uniforms across the region.What you''ll be doingProviding excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a timely mannerAchieving and exceeding individual and team salesMaintaining thorough customer records and accurately reporting on sales activitiesCollaborating with our senior sales people to further extend your knowledge and experience from them as its a always a team effort to implement effective sales strategies.What we''re looking forProven experience in a sales role, preferably in the workwear or safety equipment industry, garments, along with school uniforms, other than that will be trained , but must have attention to detail . You will be tested and trailed.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, have excellent attention to detail, spelling and clean hand writing is very important .A driven, results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targetsStrong ability to listen to seniors staff and take orders.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reportingMust be familiar with computers and have proven experience in navigating through Microsoft and other similar programs , along with have previously used other sales programs ,this is a huge advantage .A passion for providing outstanding customer service is a must .Attention to detail , is what this role is about , numbers and spelling must be a strong suit.Must be available for 2 Saturday''s per month 9.00am - 12.30pm, and flexible to help out when needed to cover shifts if need be.What we offerAt JSM Workwear and Safety, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, collaborative and fun working environment.
