Headquartered in Melbourne, we all work from home but have regular catchups in Melbourne (not mandatory) to connect, collaborate, and have fun.Given our growth, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our successful team.About the RoleThe Performance Marketing Specialist will optimise marketing budgets by creating and optimising high-quality leads from all social media channels. This role will own and manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, Safetracs LinkedIn Page, and Meta Paid campaigns to reduce the cost per click and increase the number of quality leads. The specialist will also help optimise the entire customer journey, including key landing pages, to achieve higher conversion rates.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Paid, LinkedIn).Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimise ROI.Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.Develop an in-depth understanding of the business, customers, and products to create compelling ads and high-converting landing pages.Suggest allocation of the PPC budget to ensure efficient resource use.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to improve campaign performance.Utilise data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.Assist the marketing team with various projects to ensure deadlines are met.Experience and QualificationsRequiredBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years managing Paid Search / PPC / SEM Campaigns.5+ years experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and programmatic advertising.3+ years in performance marketing, preferably in a SaaS or eLearning environment.3+ years experience in B2B marketing.Experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing.Proven success in managing digital marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Creative, data-driven thinker.Strong understanding of AI and AI-related marketing strategies.BeneficialExperience with SEO.Experience with HubSpot and Canva (Salesforce a bonus).Experience managing advertising accounts for multiple clients in an agency setting.Experience managing large advertising budgets.If this sounds like your ideal role, please include a cover letter addressing the role''s requirements.
