Job DescriptionTicketing and Operations Services AssistantReference number: 10684Closing date: 11:00pm, Friday 27 June 2025Temporary Part-time position until January 2026Salary commencing at $35.41 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation (dependant on skills and experience)Band 3The OpportunityMoonee Valley Council is seeking an individual to provide friendly, focussed and flexible customer service to patrons, hirers and users of the Clocktower Centre as part of the ticketing and front of house teams.With demonstrated ticketing experience you will operate ticketing services for all Arts and Culture facilities and selected Council events as required and be responsible for the smooth operation of the Clocktower Centres ticketing systems and will be expected to make day to day decisions regarding these operations.ResponsibilitiesTo contribute to a positive professional culture within the Box Office and wider Operations team of the Clocktower Centre.To competently operate the Enta/Vivaticket Ticketing System in all aspects of ticket sales, exchanges and reservations.Maintain excellent communication with the Finance Department and provide information as requested.To provide outstanding in-person customer service as a Box Office/Ticketing representative during evening and weekend events at the Clocktower Centre.Key RequirementsDemonstrated experience in a live theatre Box Office and with a computerised ticketing system.Experience with Excel or similar and data extraction (data lists) and/or event buildsDemonstrated ability to provide friendly, focussed and flexible customer service.Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably in the performing arts, events or hospitality industries.Availability to work rostered shifts that can occur Monday to Sunday, between 7.00am and 10.00pm (approx.).This role is rostered for mixture of daytime and evening hours dependent on organisational requirements.
