We''re searching for a high performing Head of Operations who can run the day to day, build and lead a tight knit team, and scale systems to support our global growth. As the senior on site leader, youll be responsible for driving culture, momentum, and output the engine room of the business. WHAT YOULL OWN: Leadership & Culture Be on the ground leading the day to day team in HQ setting tone, pace, and standards. Build a self sufficient team that performs without handholding. Train, coach, and recruit fulfilment, ops, and customer service staff. Provide structure, guidance, and accountability for the broader in house team such as daily support, and performance oversight. Cultivate a culture of accountability, pride, and performance. Lead from the front. Set the pace and tone for how things are done. Operational Excellence Ensure smooth operations across all functions of daily business activities. Oversee efficient and accurate fulfilment of customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards. Develop and manage employee schedules, optimising staffing levels to meet operational requirements. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting related to operations. Performance, Systems & Cost Control Set and track KPIs for fulfilment accuracy, dispatch rates, team output, and more. Identify inefficiencies and fix them fast with scalable solutions. Own reporting across operational performance, inventory movement, and fulfilment metrics. Monitor and manage operational budgets finding smart ways to reduce costs without compromising quality or customer experience. Keep things moving fast without sacrificing detail or standards. Supply Chain & Inventory Manage inbound logistics, suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse stock flow. Forecast inventory demand based on marketing activity and sales trends. Ensure on-time replenishment of both stock and consumables Build in risk mitigation and plan around delays, disruptions, and spikes. Build and maintain relationships with courier partners, regularly negotiate and compete for the best pricing on shipping. Customer Experience Oversight Oversee our customer service platform (Gorgias) and support team. Set and uphold benchmarks for speed, tone, and resolution quality. Personally step in on complex customer issues when needed. Build systems to keep CX high touch but scalable. Strategic Execution Work closely with the founders to align operations with brand vision and launches. Drive innovation smarter workflows, faster systems, better processes. Implement frameworks that support long term growth and team expansion. YOULL THRIVE IF YOU BRING: 5 years experience in operations or warehouse/fulfillment leadership (fashion or consumer goods preferred). Proven leadership ability youve built high performing teams and cultures before. Hands on and fully accountable you take full ownership of outcomes and responsibilities. High level attention to detail you double check what others might miss. Strong inventory planning and supply chain management experience. Financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, forecasting. Familiarity with Gorgias, inventory and warehouse systems, and Google Workspace. The ability to balance day to day execution with big picture systems thinking.
