Test Analyst The Role: Were looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our Testing team. Youll be responsible for planning, designing, managing, executing, and reporting on functional testing across a range of platforms and systemsensuring high-quality, stable software releases that meet business needs. Your New Team: Youll join a passionate group of testers, developers, BAs, and product owners working in a fast-paced Agile environment. As part of the Technology division, youll contribute to collaborative team ceremonies, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement through our Testing Community of Practice. Key Responsibilities: Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives Define acceptance criteria and the definition of done with the end-to-end team Design, document and execute manual test cases in XRAY Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements Report, manage, and help resolve defects Develop regression suites and collaborate with automation testers Ensure deadlines are met without compromising on quality Contribute to continuous testing improvement and support risk and compliance practices Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a Test Analyst Experience in Agile environments with solid understanding of Agile testing practices Strong knowledge of BDD, TDD, risk-based testing and the testing pyramid Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, XRAY and Confluence Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proactive, adaptable, and able to take initiative Desirable: ISTQB certification and/or tertiary qualifications in IT Our Perks: Location Melbourne CBD Our centrally located Melbourne office places you right in the heart of the city, with access to excellent public transport, food courts, cafes, and retail amenities.
