Work for a fun, dynamic and professional teamMonday - Friday, 9am-5pm at our wonderful Mulgrave siteBenefit from our excellent salary packaging, up to $15,900 per year tax free!About the roleAs a Rostering Coordinator at VMCH, you will play a key part in managing and optimising our client service delivery. Your key responsibilities include creating and maintaining effective rosters, coordinating support worker schedules, and handling unallocated shifts in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure timely communication with support workers and handle administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining enquiry registers. Additionally, you will assist support workers with client queries, manage customer service requests, and adhere to risk management and quality standards. Your role is crucial in facilitating smooth transitions, enhancing client care, and contributing to continuous improvement.About youWhat you will bring to the role;Strong experience with rostering software application - Carelink (preferred)Previous experience in the Aged and Community CareProven ability to efficiently manage client schedulesHigh-level of interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgroundsCommitment to exceptional customer service is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skillsWell-developed organisational skills, with a strong capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and accuracy are crucial, as is the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environmentCurrent Police check requiredAbout usHere at VMCH our services are as diverse as the people we support.
