Our focus is simple: provide the best equipment, backed by the best people and service.Key ResponsibilitiesOn Site:Lead the install, operation, and removal of lighting and rigging for medium to large-scale productions.Prepare event documentation, including lighting plots, patch sheets, and fixture addressing.Operate and design lighting systems where required.Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Manage and direct large crews of technicians during builds and bump outs.In the Warehouse:Oversee the prep and return of production equipment to the highest standard.Mentor and train warehouse and casual staff, supporting team development.Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe working environment.What Youll BringProven hands-on experience in lighting systems, including autonomous fault-finding.Confident leadership and people management skills.Familiarity with industry tools such as Vectorworks and stock control platformsBasic lighting design knowledge and technical drawing literacy.Strong computer skills including Windows and Office 365.Commitment to safety and a sound understanding of OH&S practices.Valid drivers licence (HR, White Card, Yellow Card, EWP, or RI tickets are a bonus).Why Join Resolution X?Work with the best.
