Sonic HealthPlus Dandenong is seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Medicine Doctor to join our dynamic team in Dandenong on a full-time or part-time basis (three days per week). We are located 37 kilometres south of the Melbourne CBD via M1 and are easily accessible through both the Melbourne public transport system and via the many Melbourne highways. Our experienced team of professionals provide the following services specific to the needs of the Dandenong community: injury management and prevention, employment medicals, drug and alcohol testing, specialised medicals and immunisations.ResponsibilitiesConduct work cover medical assessments.Conduct pre-employment medical examinations, fitness-for-work assessments, and injury management consultations.Provide advice on workplace health and safety, including return-to-work planning.Implement health programs, including drug and alcohol testing and vaccinations.Collaborate with employers to deliver customized health solutions for their workforce.Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with Sonic HealthPlus standards.Flexible working hours with no after-hours or on-call requirements.Supportive team environment and comprehensive on-boarding.Access to ongoing professional development and training.Opportunities for career advancement within a nationally recognised organisation.RequirementsWe are looking for a motivated and experienced medical professional with:A current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner.Postgraduate training in occupational medicine (or working toward qualifications, e.g., FAFOEM, GradDipOccMed).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to patient care and customer service.The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Experience in occupational health, general practice, or related fields is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
