Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.Go Where Results are RealityAs the Project Director for Accor Vacation Club, you will guide and cultivate a team of Sales professionals to meet and exceed Sales targets in alignment with business objectives, while consistently ensuring an exceptional Guest experience in every interaction.How Youll ShinePerform the lead role of coach and mentor to all sales staff.Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to sales staff to ensure high standards of performance, achievement and personal growthEffectively administer and openly support all Company and sales policies and guidelinesDeliver the required sales targets and actively work towards exceeding site lead objectivesRepresent the Company in an ethical, moral and professional mannerTrain, educate, and monitor the performance goals of all sales employeesMonitor the performance of sales consultants and take corrective action where requiredActively and constructively participate in or conduct sales meetings and training sessionsAdhere to industry and Company best practicesActively participate in management duties, training sessions and sales meetings and provide on-site support to sales employeesDevelop community relations between the Company and the neighbourhoodUtilize sales, marketing and fiscal reports to assist in managing the site on a profitable basisProvide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and guestsWhat You''ll BringSound leadership ability, including motivating, coaching and performance managementAbility to conduct effective, inspiring and motivating sales meetingsKnowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the saleSound problem-solving and negotiating skillsPositive and enthusiastic attitude and ability to motivate sales staff to high levels of performanceExcellent communication skills and team-building skillsWorks independently, as well as a team playerAbility to work effectively with all levels of employees and guestsHow Youll Be RewardedBuild your career with a value-driven organisation that promotes continual growth and development for its people.
