Reporting into the Chief of Staff, this critical role will see you leading the strategies and initiatives of the operational suite of our Responsible Gaming services. As the lead advocate for Crown PlaySafe (CPS) and harm minimisation, you will oversee the development and roll out of cross functional projects, initiatives and strategic development.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Leadership of the Crown Sydney CPS team as well as the responsibility for the daily operations of the CPS CentreLeading critical communication between CPS, Executive Management, Property and Group boards and the wider business through channels including preparing material and speaking to relevant committees and forumsDriving initiatives, conversations, training and engagements to continue building a culture of harm minimisation, safer play, continuous improvement and risk awareness across the Gaming and Resort business unitsManagement of external stakeholder relationships including Government bodies, peak bodies, and relevant welfare organisations to ensure positive business outcomes and Crowns profileDelivering critical initiatives, projects and workstreams aligned to CPS Strategy and Business requirementsStaying abreast of evolving research, regulatory and compliance requirements, risk considerations and community expectations to ensure social and compliance obligations are met, and Crown Sydney remains a responsible corporate citizen.Ongoing review and contribution to the development of Crowns CPS strategic planKey selection criteria:Extensive experience in a leadership role, preferably in a casino or hospitality environmentDemonstrated ability to work with Government and community groupsExceptional written and verbal communications skills coupled with the ability to influence stakeholdersStrong understanding of compliance and regulatory processesTertiary qualifications highly desirableHas or is able to obtain a Casino Employee LicenseWhat we offer you:Full-time, permanent Senior Leadership opportunity based at Crown SydneyOpportunity to take part and be rewarded in Crowns group-wide recognition and awards programComplimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurantGenerous discounts across Crown hotels and restaurants Australia wideAccess to discounts with various corporate partners across insurance, heath & wellbeing, fashion, banking & finance, technology and more.Additional InformationWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
