In this advanced clinical role, you will be responsible for managing the care of stroke patients within our Acute Stroke Unit, working collaboratively with Consultants, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient-centred care. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding complex clinical decisions and contributing to the overall function of a busy and highly specialised unit. While your primary focus will be stroke care, there will also be opportunities to support general neurology services.This role offers more than just clinical practiceits a chance to be actively involved in stroke research, quality improvement initiatives, and education. The role can potentially be integrated with a clinical-academic PhD pathway. Training is available in Telestroke through this role. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative care models and participate in teaching activities, helping to shape the next generation of neurologists.
