Job SummaryIn this role, youll play a key part in supporting the business through a range of administrative tasks. Were looking for someone whos happy to go the extra mile, takes ownership of their work, and completes delegated tasks with care, efficiency, and a high standard. A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude will go a long way in helping you succeed.ResponsibilitiesThe duties initially assigned include, but are not limited to:Reception relief (cover for lunch, breaks and Friday afternoon from 3pm)Assistance organising and preparing for internal staff eventsDaily Staff MovementsCo-ordination of meetings, conference calls and video conferences with both internal & external stakeholdersPreparing documents/presentations formatting, printing, binding as neededAssistance with monthly Amex reconciliationOther shared responsibilities (with Admin Team)Responding to requests via team inboxCo-ordination of travel DomesticWorkDay Expense reconciliationASG Team support and role coverageExperience and Qualifications3-5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant within a corporate environmentQualifications in Office / Business Administration desirableAbility to work in a team environmentAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office; Outlook and established applicationsAdvanced skills in Microsoft 365 and Workday would be desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
