As the Client Services Manager (CSM), you will act as the customers representative into the Canon processes in a seamless manner, working with the relevant departments and third parties to maximise customer satisfaction during all Managed Document Services (MDS) phases.With substantial business growth, accompanied by high demand for providing exemplary client services, there is a newly created CSM position in our team. They would be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted client service support to our customers, which includes backfilling for other CSMs during periods of absence.This is a South Melbourne based role requiring occasional travel to customer sites, it reports to the Team Leader Client Service ManagementScope of RoleDelivery on all elements of the Canon MDS Agreement, actively involved in the implementation of hardware, software, and delivery of services through coordinating the efforts of Canon Business UnitsEnsure all MDS contractual SLA''s are delivered and provide performance reporting to the customerOngoing management of the MDS customer account as well as Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) analysis, implementation of improvements to ensure a high level of sustained customer satisfactionAbout YouAs someone with excellent customer relationship skills, youll play a pivotal role in the success of our business. You know how to juggle, and your proven ability to meet targets and deadlines effectively across multiple simultaneous projects will set you up for success. Working knowledge of the Managed Document Services environment would be advantageous, but more important is your ability to think and act commercially for the benefit of our business and our customers.
