You will be a key support to the Retail Manager, ensuring efficient day-to-day running of the store and the provision of an exceptional customer experience at all times.In addition, you are also responsible for:Delivering an exceptional customer experience through your hands-on and inspiring leadership style.Using your flair for visual merchandising to create appealing displays, execute marketing campaigns, maximise sales and grow our customer loyalty program.Support the Retail Manager in supervising a team of Pharmacy Assistants and complete opening and/or closing procedures.Assist with banking reconciliation, stock management and administration and business financial reporting needs.About YouOur ideal applicant will possess the following:Previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment - preferredPrevious experience working as Pharmacy Assistant- highly regardedCertificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy - highly regardedStrong interest in health and beautyExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitudeExperience working with and achieving budgets and KPI''sAbility to work as part of a team and provide leadership as requiredExcellent communication skillsComputer skills including operating POS systemA desire to continually grow and develop your career within Retail PharmacyA passion for retail, particularly beauty, health and wellbeingWe offerA friendly and supportive team environmentOpportunity to be a part of a progressive, growing companySupportive leadership team and ongoing head office supportEmployee discountsHow To Apply:If you are a passionate, aspiring, motivated individual looking for an opportunity to make your mark we want to hear from you.
