We take pride in offering barefoot luxury, ensuring unforgettable moments for both guests and staff in our stunning coastal paradise.We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our signature restaurant, Azure Bar and Grill, located within our award-winning beachfront resort in the stunning Northern Rivers of NSW.You will be responsible for the efficient operation of our restaurant where you will use your people skills to motivate and manage your team, work collaboratively with other departments, and deliver an enjoyable dining experience to our customers. You are an effective communicator and a natural leader who excels in fast-paced environments. Highly organised and adaptable, you have a genuine passion for hospitality and nurturing team growth. With a hands-on approach, you lead by example and foster a culture of support, collaboration, and service excellence.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, managing reservations; meeting and greeting guests; ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant reservation system; supporting managers and team leaders; managing stock control, labour costs, and SOPs. You will communicate new products, dishes, beverages, and daily specials to your team to ensure their product knowledge and service standards are maintained.
