At the core of our business is our amazing team and we know the quality of our people is what makes Genea a truly great place to work.Job DescriptionWe currently have an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Sydney CBD clinic on a full time or part time basis (4 days per week)Genea Nurses provide frontline care to our patients, supporting them along every step of their Fertility treatment. This role is unique, you be working in an office environment interacting with our patients both over the phone and face to face. Alongside clinical duties, a significant proportion of your role will involve providing patient care, support and education.On a Daily Basis Your Role Will InvolvePatient face to face interviews and phone chatsCollaborating with doctors and scientists coordinating care, working together to tailor unique treatment plans for each patient.Providing instructions to patients for the self administration of IVF drugsProviding results to patients over the phone and support at any point requiredMaintaining accurate patient records, clinical data entry and general administration duties associated with the roleQualificationsWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (with a current AHPRA registration) who is genuinely interested in specialising in fertility for this role. You will have strong clinical skills, but also strong people skills as large component of this role involves support and counselling. We are looking for empathetic Nurses, who can build rapport and provide genuine, authentic care to our patients.As this role is office based you will need also strong administration skills and technical competence - at Genea we work across a number of different IT systems which you will need to learn.Additional InformationOur staff tell us it is the people they work with that makes them stay, the Genea team.
