Senior IAM Business Analyst - Contract - MelbourneUrgent requirement for Senior IAM Business Analyst - Contract - Melbourne.RequirementsBusiness Analyst with 8-10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including CyberArk and Privileged Access Management (PAM).Ability to elicit business and system requirements using techniques such as workshops, interviews, surveys, process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis, with a focus on cybersecurity IAM.Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications (DBRS), develop Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), and test cases.Participate actively in JAD sessions.Develop As-is and To-be process and technical flows using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and flowcharts.Proven experience in Identity Governance, Segregation of Duties, and Role-Based Access Control.Hands-on experience with databases and SQL queries.Support large identity management projects across departments and geographically distributed teams.Experience working with identity and access management tools and enterprise directory technologies.Ability to quickly understand client security policies, standards, and access authority structures.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, EPIC, user stories, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.Duration: Permanent or 6 months with possible extension.Eligibility: Australian/NZ Citizens or PR Holders only.Contact: jobs@hasthasolutions.comAdditional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: ContractJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and ConsultingNote: Referrals can increase your chances of interview success.Location & SalaryMelbourne, Victoria, Australia | A$800-A$900 per day #J-18808-Ljbffr
