Join us to make a real impact!All ASIC locations to be considered$147,074-$195,951 (depending on experience), plus 15.4% superannuationPermanent roleApplications close at 11:59pm AEST, Friday 4 July 2025The teamThe Enterprise Services Group consists of four teams including Finance, Procurement, Property and Contracts, Performance Reporting and Planning and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program. The Group provides a range of support, advice and analysis services across ASIC.The Property team manage ASIC''s strategic property plan, including the management of ASIC''s property portfolio, implementation of workplace design models across ASIC''s offices, the governance of property guidelines and standards and the management of a third-party provider of facilities management.The roleManage ASIC''s leased office network daily.Provide strategic advice on property strategies.Analyse financial and legal aspects of property transactions and oversee property consultants for lease negotiations.Manage trades for office fit outs and construction services.Additional DutiesTake on extra tasks as needed and work professionally and cooperatively, embodying ASIC''s values.Ensure health and safety for yourself and others in the workplace.About YouJoin ASIC as a Property Portfolio Manager and leverage your degree in property economics, commerce, or law, or your three years of experience in a similar role.
