In this pivotal role, you will work with the CEO and Senior Management to shape and establish our financial planning and operations, ensuring the companys long-term financial health and success, while also managing day-to-day financial operational tasks. As the Finance Manager, you will develop and implement strategic financial plans, optimize operational efficiencies, and drive organizational growth.What will you do:Plan and control books of accounts of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements in the USA, Singapore, and India.Oversee operations in Accounts Receivable/Payable, Payroll, Tax-related matters, statutory compliance, etc.Provide clear visibility (dashboards, MIS) of financial standing to stakeholders like CEOs, Boards, and external agencies.Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for expenses and investments.Support the preparation of the companys annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets at organizational and functional levels. Report variances and their reasons.Manage external stakeholders, partners, and agencies such as payroll partners, banks, legal advisors, and statutory offices of the government.What you must have:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 9-12 years of experience in similar roles within small to medium-sized companies or technology startups with a global reach.Expertise in Indian GAAP and working knowledge of global finance practices of the US, Singapore, or other regions.Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve in unfamiliar situations.About Uplers: Our goal is to make hiring and getting hired reliable, simple, and fast.
