Temporary Credit Controller 3-Month Contract | $45 per hourLocation: Melbourne CBD + WFH FlexibilityPrevious Credit Controller or Debt Collection experience will be highly regardedRepresent a leading accountancy firm providing excellent serviceASAP start | 3-month temporary opportunity |Full time hours | $45 per hourWere working with a leading accountancy firm in the heart of Melbournes CBD to find two experienced Credit Controllers for a 3-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and supportive finance team within a nationally respected organisation.Whats on Offer:$45 per hour + superHybrid work model combine working from home with team collaboration days in the officeDiverse and inclusive culture with structured development opportunitiesAbout the Role:Youll join the national Credit Control team, helping to manage and refine credit processes, reduce outstanding debtors, and maintain positive client relationships. Working closely with colleagues across the country, your work will directly support the firms financial performance.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and manage outstanding debtor accountsSupport and enforce national credit policies and proceduresWork closely with partners, managers, and clients to achieve monthly collection targetsPrepare accurate and timely reports for debtor ledger managementHandle invoice and statement distribution, manage client disputes, and implement repayment plansApply and help refine the ''Stop Work Policy'' for aged debtsAssist with credit policy development and support change management initiativesAbout You:Prior experience in a professional services environment (e.g., accounting, legal, consulting)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsConfident managing credit control processes and working toward collection targetsSolid organisational and time-management skillsFamiliar with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirementsA relevant diploma or equivalent experience preferredPlease note you will need to obtain a police check before commencing this role.
