To find out more about Vasey RSL Care and the important work we do, visit our website: www.vaseyrslcare.org.au About the Role The Clinical Team Leader position is a newly created role aimed at providing guidance, support, and supervision in evidence-based clinical practice with a small team of Care Advisors in the Home Care Package Program. This includes applying program and professional knowledge in managing escalated complex cases and secondary consults. You will also undertake Care Advisor responsibilities. Some travel around metropolitan Melbourne may be required. About You To be successful in this role, you will be consumer-centric and passionate about achieving high-quality outcomes. You will also have: Current AHPRA registration as Division 1 Nurse Knowledge and experience in contemporary evidence-based clinical practice in a community setting Demonstrated experience and ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team, ideally in a community setting Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database, internet, Outlook, and client management systems Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination or medical exemption Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and proof of the right to work in Australia We recognize the rich diversity of people across Australia.
