Add expected salary to your profile for insightsSALES & PARTS CONSULTANT FOR EXCAVATORS/TRUCK LOADERSTurnbulls Gippsland has expanded into Takeuchi excavators.We are looking for someone to join the team that is passionate about heavy machinery, particularly excavators.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support: Provide expert guidance and advice to customers on excavator parts, accessories, and servicing needs. As well as giving support to our already established Truck Sales team.Parts Identification & Sourcing: Assist customers in identifying the right parts and ensure timely procurement of high-quality components.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering tailored solutions that meet their equipment needs.Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of excavator models, parts, and servicing options to ensure customers receive accurate and reliable advice.Servicing Coordination: Collaborate with the service team to ensure that all repairs, maintenance, and servicing needs are met.Inventory Management: Assist with parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed for parts in demand.Qualifications:Experience in sales, parts consulting, or servicing within the construction or heavy machinery industry (excavators preferred), desired but not essential.
