Reporting to the General Manager Procurement, youll play a vital role in configuring and maintaining supplier catalogues in Workday, ensuring alignment with commercial agreements and strategic sourcing goals.Youll also support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle by troubleshooting procurement workflows, supporting users, and developing training materials all while leveraging data to uncover trends and opportunities that shape procurement strategy and drive value across the business.If you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, enabling system adoption, and being part of meaningful business transformation this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Systems & Supplier EnablementSupport the configuration, rollout, and continuous improvement of the Workday Procurement moduleManage supplier onboarding and enablement, ensuring catalogue content (hosted, punch-out, or offline) reflects agreed terms and preferred productsPartner with Category Managers to ensure procurement strategies are embedded in system workflowsResolve system and workflow issues, assisting users with guided buying and requisition processesProcurement Analytics & ReportingAnalyse spend and procurement data to uncover risks, trends, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiencyDevelop regular and ad hoc reports to inform category initiatives and strategic decision-makingProvide data-driven insights to support supplier performance management and contract optimisationProcess Improvement & User SupportContribute to ongoing procurement and P2P process improvements to enhance usability and complianceAssist in creating training materials, user guides, and onboarding content to support system adoptionAct as a go-to support contact for procurement system users across the businessWhat Were Looking ForExperience in procurement, finance operations, or enterprise systems supportStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and extract insights from complex dataExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsClear communicator with a customer-focused, solutions-driven attitudeProficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQLDesirable ExperienceHands-on experience with procurement or ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)Exposure to supplier catalogue/content management and onboarding workflowsFamiliarity with procurement compliance, preferred supplier models, or contract structuresExperience supporting users or contributing to training/onboarding initiativesWhy Join G''day Group?Were Australias leader in regional accommodation and tourism experiences and were transforming our business for the future.
