HR Partners are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Operations Coordinator to join our client on a 12 month parental leave contract.Based between their North Sydney and Parramatta office (with 2 days work from home), you''ll join a supportive team and have the scope to contribute to shaping HR processes within a growing organisation.What You''ll Do:Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage essential HR administrative workflows including preparing offer letters, coordinating on-boarding, and processing off-boarding.HR System & Data Management: Take ownership of day-to-day HRIS (ELMO) inquiries, maintaining data integrity across all HR systems.
