In this hands-on role, youll help to produce entirely new kinds of delicious food, made in a new way at our purpose-built facility in Alexandria, Sydney.Youll play a key role in day-to-day food production: following detailed processes, operating equipment, and making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and to a high standard. Its careful, considered work that requires patience, precision and a strong sense of ownership.Youll be part of a cross-functional company that includes chefs, scientists, and engineers all working together to deliver food thats as thoughtful as it is delicious.The Experience/Skills You Will Bring:Strong attention to detail and commitment to following standard operating procedures.Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment.Previous experience as a production operator in a food manufacturing environment and familiarity with operating and maintaining food production equipment would be ideal but not a must.Experience with or Knowledge of HACCP plans, Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO13485 or similar) or GMP standards, ideal but not a mustYou will; As a Manufacturing Technician at Vow, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility.
