Your contributions will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation as an industry leader.The Opportunity:In this key leadership position, you will oversee the end-to-end installation of FGOC solid surface benchtops, playing a crucial role in delivering a premium product that often defines the heart of the home the kitchen.From durable, man-made stone and acrylic-based solid surfaces to high-end porcelains and rare natural granites and marbles, our projects span a wide range of styles and materials. Each installation is a reflection of our commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and customer satisfaction.You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our installation processes by implementing innovative solutions and ensuring every project meets or exceeds industry best practices. This is a unique chance to leave your mark in a well established and evolving industry, while delivering exceptional results for our customers.The right candidate will either be an experienced manager or a highly capable tradesperson with leadership attributes, looking to take the next step in their career.Benchtop installations cover a broad scope and variety of materials including natural stones, porcelains and sintered stones, acrylics, and crystalline-silica-free engineered stones.Exposure to a vast variety of job complexity from high-end custom homes and renovations to entry-level standardised homes in high volume.Work alongside skilled and experienced tradespeople while also training and developing the knowledge base of the workforce through leadership and training.Opportunity to work amongst a passionate management group who are always striving for excellence.Typical duties will include:Prioritise and schedule jobs for delivery and installation to ensure timelines are met, dependent on the type, finish and overall job requirements.Contribute to the completion of tasks with a hands-on approach when required, as well as assisting team members with relevant advice and guidance, ensuring they have all the necessary components, information, and knowledge to complete the work.Ensure accurate understanding of costs, efficiencies and KPIs to ensure jobs are executed within budget and relevant KPIs.Confirm all documentation for jobs is received, checked and verified against any schedules or job briefs provided.Ensure all solid surface product elements received from fabricators are checked for accuracy to works orders and installation plans, prior to loading and commencing any work.Ensure goods are loaded and transported safely and in accordance with Road Rules and WHS standards and guidelines.Ideally, you will have:Extensive experience and/or qualifications in the building, cabinet-making, stone masonry, or other similar finishing tradesProven experience in management and/or team leadershipExperienced and highly capable in benchtop fabrication and/or installationDrivers License and White Card HolderMR (or greater) licence and forklift licence will be beneficial.Previous experience in working with construction managers and site supervisorsPrevious customer service skills would be an assetWhat we can offer you:A positive, inclusive, and familial work culture with an emphasis on work-life balanceCompetitive salary package with performance-based incentivesVariety, flexibility, and career growth pathwaysAdditional personal leave benefitsIf you are passionate about the kitchen manufacturing industry, share our values, and are ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.Apply today and take the first step toward a rewarding career with The Farquhar Group.For further Company information, please visit: job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
