The SNOW Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and the ability to configure and customize the SNOW platform to meet business needs. The SNOW Administrator will work closely with various departments to ensure the platform supports operational efficiency and service excellence. Location: ACT, NT, SA, VIC, NSW, QLD or TAS Key duties and responsibilities Platform Management: Oversee and manage the SNOW platform, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the SNOW platform to meet specific business requirements and enhance functionality. User Support: Provide technical support and training to users, resolving any issues related to the SNOW platform. Integration: Integrate the SNOW platform with other IT systems and tools as needed. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and workflows. Compliance: Ensure the SNOW platform complies with organizational policies and industry regulations. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide solutions through the SNOW platform. About You: ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administration. ITSM Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. Programming Skills: Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL. Integration Experience: Experience integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools. Security Awareness: Knowledge of security best practices and the ability to implement them within the SNOW platform.
