If you''re ready to help us serve up real impact, we''d love to hear from you.We''re now seeking a Regional Tennis Manager - Southern NSW to join our team at Tennis NSW on a full-time permanent basis, to work strategically with stakeholders to drive growth in tennis participation in southern NSW.About the roleAs Regional Tennis Manager - Southern NSW you''ll play a key role in bringing the Tennis NSW strategy to life at a local level. You will be responsible for interpreting the Tennis NSW strategy and work plan in developing a localised plan that ensures the holistic health of the game at a local level. This includes working closely with key stakeholders to co-deliver the plan, aligning with local needs while supporting the broader strategic objectives of Tennis NSW. In this role, you will:Develop an integrated and holistic regional plan for tennis that will inspire, connect and retain tennis consumers and focus on growing participation of the sport and creating opportunitiesDevelop a workforce plan with a focus on education and training to help future proof the delivery chain of tennisIdentify club and coach needs to support and enhance their mutually beneficial participation and business objectivesEmpower clubs with the relevant tools such as programs, resources, digital products and marketing plansManage, develop support and lead a team to help successfully deliver the aims of the regional planEffectively distribute programs and assist in the outstanding delivery of said programsAbout youTo be successful in this role you will have:Proven experience in commercial business development and achieving sustainable growth through maximising partnerships to drive mutually beneficial outcomesStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectivelyDemonstrated understanding of sports administration ideally in association with community level sportAn understanding of the tennis environment and the various stakeholders it engages is highly regardedA current divers licence and current first aid certificateHold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children CheckPreparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis NSWWhat''s to love?Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunitiesMonthly wellbeing activities and recognition through our Serving Your Success programSalary packaging & a range of discounts from our sponsorship partnersTo ApplyIf you think you''re up to the challenge, we''d love to hear from you!
