The Long Service Corporation is a standalone agency within the Department of Customer Services that reports directly to the Managing Director of Service NSW whilst maintaining its executive agency status. About the team : The Long Service Corporation (LSC) manages portable long service schemes for the building and construction industry and contract cleaning industry, and we are about to launch our third scheme for community services industry (CSI). Youll be joining the newly established Digital and Program Delivery team in LSC. The team is leading the delivery of new portable long service leave schemes, including the development and rollout of the systems and processes needed to administer them. In addition, this team is also responsible for ongoing improvement initiatives ensuring our current schemes and systems continue to evolve and improve. Day-to-day: Implement change programs using project management principles to achieve business outcomes. Advise on change strategy, communication, impact, training, and deployment to support decision-making. Co-design and apply the organisations change framework across all programs to enhance engagement and build change capability. Foster strong relationships to ensure effective integration of initiatives. Address emerging project issues and recommend solutions to mitigate change impacts. Create change management and communication plans, including training for smooth transitions. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure deliverables are met. Monitor and report program progress to support Business/Change Readiness. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Strong expertise in managing change initiatives, with the ability to design and implement effective strategies that align with organisational goals A deep understanding of business challenges and ability to guide stakeholders through complex changes while maintaining strong relationships Ability to balance competing priorities, adapt to continuous change, and ensure smooth transitions will be key to achieving successful outcomes.
