This role is critical to the delivery of key telecommunication fibre infrastructure project across SA.In this role you''ll be responsible for:Ensure good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders are maintainedStrong and effective leadership skillsInteracting with the pre-contracts team in assisting with tendering, methodology, scheduling, and cost estimatingInternal and external project reportingAbility to manage construction phases of large, complex, turnkey infrastructure Construction projectsManage internal self-perform and subcontractor resourcesCoordinating project delivery activities to achieve project time, budget, and quality objectivesHow you''ll connect to the role:Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, or other relevant fieldStrong self-perform experience, running multi-disciplinary crews (locating, non-destructive digging, dig/lay, drilling, links, pit install, reinstatement, etc.) on multiple work frontsDemonstrated experience establishing resource plans and ramping up workforce accordinglyExperience managing regional workforce in FIFO arrangementsProven success managing complex infrastructure projects above $25M contract valueSound knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, procurement, contract, and design management functionsAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan''s Living Safely 2.0 cultureOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL: Respect, Energy and Effort, Attitude, and Leadership.
