In joining the Rinnai team, you will be supported at every turn.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Inventory Analyst to manage our Spare Parts portfolio. This is a full time permanent position located in Braeside.What does the role involve?Manage and coordinate the national inventory planning activities of the spare parts portfolioCreate and manage Master Data related to products and suppliersReport on portfolio performance, variance forecasts and inventory stock targetsManage inventory, slow moving stock, quarantined items and obsolete stockPurchase spare parts from internal & external suppliers ensuring inventory replenishment to the warehouse is at appropriate stock levelsPrepare shipping plans and forward purchase ordersMaintain accurate and up to date product and supplier dataProvide assistance and support to key stakeholders as requiredMaintain relationships with key stakeholders including Sales, Marketing and WarehouseWho are we looking for?Proven experience in an Inventory Analyst role where you have been responsible for the planning, forecasting and purchasingStrong organisational skills managing multiple and diverse tasksThe ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with key stakeholdersExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalSound knowledge and experience of international shipping and inventory managementA highly analytical mindset with a result oriented focusAdvanced skills in MS Excel and MRP systemsQualifications in Supply Chain/Logistics and/or business related discipline preferredWhat''s in it for you?
