The work environment is flexible, exciting and provides an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy.What You Will DoYou will have full development leadership and strategic portfolio management ownership. You will continue to build a centre of excellence while delivering on new housing development, and maximising on the existing housing portfolio.This is a key hands-on role in all aspects of property development, a rare opportunity in regional Australia. You will be visible across the business, building effective relationships and getting involved in all commercial aspects.Technically astute in strategic asset management and property development, you possess the gravitas to think through implications of development on the broader community. Your confidence and experience working with an astute Board has honed your ability to make sound investment decisions and their impact on stakeholders.You will be responsible for leading successful negotiations of federal and state government funding initiatives to support ongoing investments.Who You AreTertiary educated, you have at least 5+ years senior leadership experience in either the property development or community housing industry sector. You are a strategic thinker, able to influence at all levels with integrity and trust.An excellent communicator, you are self-motivated and respectfully challenge the status quo. You have a curious mind and love solving problems. Procedural and systematic, you are organised with strong attention to detail.A natural leader of people, you have the qualities of patience, focus and influence. You are purpose-driven, trustworthy, and collaborative.
