Are you an experienced property professional looking to step into a senior role managing a substantial industrial portfolio with team leadership responsibilities?We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic team based in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established portfolio and help lead a small team of junior staff.About the Role: In this role, you will take primary responsibility for managing approximately 150 industrial properties within a larger portfolio of 270 properties and 540 tenancies.
