In this role, you''ll coordinate new business and technology ideas, run initiative workshops, and support the development and tracking of transformation projects. You''ll work closely with innovation, design, and transformation teams to manage the idea pipeline, prioritise opportunities, and report on progress across the portfolio. This is a dynamic role at the front door of change, driving enterprise-wide engagement and supporting strategic decision-making.What Youll DoCoordinate idea evaluation and early-stage solution design with Innovation and Business Design teamsSupport planning and collaboration with business and tech teams to align solutions with strategic goalsBuild strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across groupsLead workshops and discovery sessions to shape solutionsProvide leaders with clear updates, reports, and dashboards on initiative progress and risksAssist in identifying, designing, and refining AI-driven solutions to improve business processesReport on the impact and value of AI initiativesWhat Youll BringBachelors or postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. technology, data, business, economics)5+ years of industry experienceStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilityExperience with project management toolsBackground in consulting, ideally in financial servicesSkilled in translating business needs into practical solutionsUnderstanding of business cases and risk managementOur cultureWorking as part of the Suncorp Group you will have access to an unparalleled range of job opportunities across insurance and corporate services.
