You will support and guide childrens learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector. As an Educator with Journey Early Learning, you will be supported by your Centre Leadership Team, as you learn the fundamental skills of being an inspired Educator within the Journey family.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesDesign and implement learning experiences to be included in children''s developmental program.Assisting in the observation and evaluation of children''s individual strengths, interests, and preferencesGuide and support your team, ensuring a collaborative teaching, and interactive learning environmentAbout YouYou are creative and inspired early childhood educator with a passion to lead and develop age specific programs and daily routines.
