We have an excellent reputation in our local communities and work with well-known charity groups in Melbourne.About The RoleThis role is a full-time packer position working from 12am-8am. This position requires enthusiasm, an eagerness and willingness to learn and take direction, teamwork, and co-operation with fellow production team members.Principal ResponsibilityThe principal responsibility of this role is to pick and pack. A successful employee will have respect, take pride in learning and perfecting the packing process.The Following Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToThorough understanding of the bread picking and packing process. Support and assist all members of your team whenever and wherever possible.Execution of the packing orders in a timely and accurate manner for each day.Assisting in the preparation and pack down for following days packing production.The Ideal CandidateTo be successful in this role you should have previous experience in a packing preferably bakery packing.
