Job Description Reporting to the Talent & Culture Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting the daily operations of the Talent & Culture department. Assisting with recruitment processes such as posting positions, screening CVs, and contacting applicants. Promoting positive colleague relations through open communication, trust, and mutual respect. Ensuring departmental compliance with corporate, regional, hotel policies, and governmental regulations. Handling administrative tasks including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating interviews. Managing employee records, correspondence, and internal projects. Supporting colleague events and managing the Talent & Culture Information System. Handling invoices, timesheets, and new colleague email accounts. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be Saudi due to local legislation. Previous HR experience is an asset. At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a hotel environment. Ability to foster an open, trusting environment that aligns with our Mission, Brand Promise, and Values. Discretion handling confidential information. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal. University/College degree or diploma, preferably in Human Resources Management. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. #J-18808-Ljbffr
