We provide our clients with simple and smooth solutions based on our core values of quality workmanship, service, leadership, integrity and teamwork.Role DescriptionManage the implementation and continual improvement of our accredited quality management system to ensure construction projects adhere to all relevant plans, building codes and regulations.This role aims to build quality into the system, improve processes and help prevent issues that affect the quality aspects of the final product.Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct thorough site and office inspections to verify compliance with our management processes, building codes, regulations, and approved plans.2. Investigate complaints and breaches of regulations and systems.3. Enforce compliance to quality control measures, including issuing corrective actions, orders, and infringement notices.4. Maintain accurate records of inspections, investigations, and compliance actions.5. Communicate with stakeholders, including management, contractors, clients, and the public, to ensure understanding of compliance requirements.6. Prepare reports on compliance issues and progress.7. Provide training to contractors and staff on compliance requirements and the management system, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.8. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of relevant policies and procedures.9. Work to continuously develop and improve quality standards.Skills:1. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage and motivate staff.2. Expertise in quality assurance principles, methods, and standards, including knowledge of relevant certifications and regulations.3. Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop solutions to quality issues.4. Capacity to identify and resolve quality problems, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate quality issues and solutions to stakeholders.6. Familiarity with quality management software and tools.7.
