Little Saints ELC Maffra, a 104-place service, is seeking a dynamic Centre Manager to lead our operations and inspire our dedicated team.As Centre Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care, education, and engagement. Your responsibilities will encompass the day-to-day management of the centre, fostering a strong and positive team culture, and building meaningful relationships with families, children, and the wider community. Ultimately, you will champion the provision of high-quality education and care for every child and family we serve.As the Nominated Supervisor, you will also play a key role in promoting the service, driving enrollment growth, recruiting a passionate and skilled team, and cultivating strong community partnerships. You will be instrumental in supporting the centre to achieve its key performance indicators, including occupancy targets, budget management, service satisfaction, and compliance with Department of Education reporting.We are seeking a confident and capable leader whose exceptional management and leadership skills will be crucial to the continued success and growth of Little Saints ELC Maffra.Leadership Skills Valued Childcare Experience Not Essential:While experience in the early childhood sector is welcomed, it is not a prerequisite.
