It is important that you have excellent communication skills, an ability to fulfil and add value to our existing business model and activities while thriving in a fast pace and sometimes high-pressure environment. You must be able to follow instruction, work unsupervised and apply common sense, whilst maintaining order and achieving increasing productivity from staff under your supervision.The successful candidate will be expected to be energetic, reliable, hardworking, honest, punctual and accountable. They will be self-motivated and have strong planning and organisational skills with an ability to manage staff, costs, meet deadlines and budgeted targets.Key Responsibilities:Undertake and oversee daily kitchen operations, including efficient service, preparation, ordering, staffing, weekly costing, good communication skills.
