The Role JD Sports is expanding in 2025, and we are seeking superstar Managers at all levels to join our team. As a Manager at JD Sports, you''ll embody a mindset of challenge and innovation. In this role, you will inspire your team to achieve excellence, lead and motivate to maximize store profitability, exceed KPIs, and deliver industry-leading customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong leadership skills, and is eager to learn and grow within the JD Sports brand. Responsibilities Ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved or exceeded. Optimize store profitability through strategic planning and sales analysis. Lead by example, setting management expectations and managing performance. Train, mentor, and coach team members towards goals and succession planning. Manage team tasks efficiently on the shop floor and back of house. Proactively manage loss prevention, including stock shrinkage. Execute effective visual merchandising to attract and motivate customers. Who You Are An experienced retailer with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proven track record in driving and exceeding KPIs. Experience with stock management and operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and expectations.
