Based out of Wodonga, you will be responsible for the growth and retention of select Managed Customers and seeking and converting new business prospects.Additional responsibilities in this role also include:Winning, retaining, and growing customers to contribute to the achievement of sales, service, and profit targets in the gases and welding equipment market.Identify, develop, and commercialize growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects.Develop mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers.Provide technical assistance, solutions, and deliver outstanding customer experience.Work collaboratively across internal functions and plants.Skills and experience we are looking for:Strong selling and business development skills including customer negotiation.Thorough knowledge of price and contract management.Experience growing existing accounts, generation, and conversion.Excellent time management skills with a results-focused approach; you take initiative.Natural negotiator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Although not essential, welding, fabrication, or similar trade experience will be highly regarded.You have the ability to travel and hold a clean driver''s license - essential.Why you will love working with usAt BOC, we understand and respect work/life balance, which is why we have introduced initiatives such as generous parental leave, flexible working arrangements, and attractive superannuation benefits.
