We''re seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team at Racecourse Mill, where innovation and progress are at the forefront of everything we do.About the roleReporting to the site Production Manager, as a Shift Supervisor, you''ll play a pivotal role in our on-site production team, focusing on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. You will lead by example to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met.
